Botanical Mocktail Class (Member Event) – New Member

Get in the Summer Spirit with craft mocktails that embrace the entertaining season! The talented and dynamic staff from Root & Flower will bring the science of mixology to the Gardens and demonstrate how to mix up a few mocktails using herbs from the garden.

What is a Mocktail you might ask? Mocktails are specially crafted mixed drinks, similar to cocktails but without liquor and other alcohol-based components. They usually include many of the same ingredients as cocktails — like freshly squeezed juices, infused syrups, shrubs, flavored sugars or salts, and more.

Thanks to a generous sponsorship from a Board Member, a limited number of complimentary tickets are available for first year Gardens’ members.
